Earthle Earthing Sheet (203x180cm) - Manual

Use of the Earthle Earthing Sheet:

1. Remove the earthing sheet from the packaging:

2. Lay the sheet over your mattress:

3. Connect the end of the grounding cable to the grounding button on the earthing sheet:

4. Insert the plug of the grounding cable into a grounded outlet. This works on all grounded outlets in Europe, including in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. Don’t have a grounded outlet at home? Then order our Earthing Pin to still be able to ground indoors (without an outlet):

5. Optionally, you can use a fitted sheet over it, but preferably make direct skin contact with the Earthle Earthing Sheet for the best effect:

6. 30 to 40 minutes per day of contact with the sheet is enough to experience the healing process of ‘earthing’. A full night’s sleep is therefore sufficient. There’s no such thing as too much grounding.

Tip: Add the Earthle Earthing Sheet Clips to your order so the sheet stays perfectly in place and doesn’t move while sleeping.

How do you wash the sheet?

The sheet is made of 95% cotton (100% organic) and 5% silver fibers. You can wash the sheet as often as you like at 40°C in the washing machine (sometimes at 60°C if there are stains), using a detergent without chlorine bleach. You can dry it in the dryer (on the lowest setting), but it’s better to air-dry it without a dryer to make the sheet last longer.

How do you know if an outlet is grounded?

A grounded outlet has two metal pins, one at the top and one at the bottom of the outlet, in addition to the two holes where you insert the plug. For an ungrounded outlet, you only see the two holes where you insert the plug. Below is an image of a grounded and ungrounded outlet.
